About the branch

So many of you ride in Brno that we have two branches here. Our Brno-Komárov bike service is open all year round and repairs conventional bikes and e-bikes of all brands. Don't worry about parking, there is plenty of space. *Just note if you carry bikes on the roof: you cannot pass under the viaduct on Dufkovo nábřeží. Use the underpass on Kšírova street instead. Is Pisárky closer for you? We are there too!

    • E-bike diagnostics and serviceBosch, Bafang, Yamaha, Brose, Shimano, Panasonic, Fazua, TQ and more. Diagnostics, software updates, motor settings.
    • Bosch eBike drive serviceDiagnostics, software updates and repairs of Bosch drives, including sourcing original parts.
    • Shimano Di2 / SRAM AXS electronic shiftingDiagnostics, firmware updates and adjustment of electronic groupsets.
    • Hydraulic brakesBleeding, fluid change, pads, rotors and complete brake replacement.
    • Basic suspension serviceLower-leg seal and oil change, pressure and rebound setup. The full service is done at the Braník suspension centre (free transport from the branch).
    • Wheel serviceTruing, spoke replacement, hub bearings, tubeless systems.
    • Bike washing and cleaningProfessional cleaning in a specialised washing unit is part of every service package.
    • Bike assembly from the boxUnpacking, assembly, adjustment and a handover briefing. Ideal for bikes bought online.
    • Warranty check-ups and claims for partnersService point for Alza, Canyon, Datart, Sportega and other retailers. We handle the claim without your bike having to travel.
    • Repairs while you waitA flat tube or a broken chain without booking – so you always get home.

    Before your visit

    • With an e-bike, bring the battery, keys and charger – without them we can't run diagnostics.
    • For a warranty check-up or a warranty claim, upload the invoice directly in the booking.
    • We replace a punctured tube or a broken chain while you wait, even without booking.
